Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-backed solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support product and operations teams with insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
- Assist in automation of reporting processes using SQL and BI tools.

Education & Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience levels: Entry-level to mid-level (0–4 years) with strong analytical background.
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Exposure to Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
