Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT positions.
- Understand technical job descriptions and map candidate skills effectively.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and daily activity logs.
- Learn US recruitment processes (tax terms, visas, time zones, compliance).
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduates from 2023/2024/2025 batches — UG or PG.
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Pharma / M.Pharma or any stream with exposure to technical terms.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work night shifts.
- Curiosity to learn IT skills, recruitment tools, and US market practices.
