Role Overview
We are hiring 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates from IITs, IIITs, and BITS for high-frequency trading and market-making roles. Strong DSA and Python skills are preferred. Selected candidates will work on cutting-edge trading systems, low-latency back-end infrastructure, and algorithmic trading strategies, with mentorship from top industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-performance trading systems in Python, C++, or Java.
- Collaborate with quant researchers and software engineers on market-making strategies.
- Perform algorithmic trading backtests and data analysis.
- Ensure low-latency performance and system reliability.
- Participate in coding and system design interviews as part of the selection process.
Skills & Eligibility
- Graduates from IITs, IIITs, BITS (2024–2026 batch preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Proficiency in Python (C++/Java is a plus).
- Understanding of operating systems, networks, multi-threading, and performance profiling.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced trading environment.
