Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reporting & insights suite for Benefits & Membership Rewards.
• Independently lead performance reporting for US Consumer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BD, Partnerships, Loyalty Platforms, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Automate and standardize reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct deep dives to uncover data trends and recommend business solutions.
• Support adoption of tools through testing, data validation, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amex data platforms (Lumi).
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of conversational BI through GenAI.
• Web-based dashboard creation skills.
