Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver reporting & insights suite for Benefits & Membership Rewards.
- Independently lead performance reporting for US Consumer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BD, Partnerships, Loyalty Platforms, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Automate and standardize reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct deep dives to uncover data trends and recommend business solutions.
- Support adoption of tools through testing, data validation, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and automation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amex data platforms (Lumi).
- Hands-on expertise with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of conversational BI through GenAI.
- Web-based dashboard creation skills.
